In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance strategy, ensuring rigorous vetting processes and high standards are consistently met across various global teams. Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing QA team, ensuring accuracy and consistency in client onboarding and reviews.
- Oversee and drive the development and implementation of QA frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Analyse data and report on key trends, risk factors, and quality metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex QA issues, providing guidance and solutions where policies do not clearly apply.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance team competencies and improve overall quality scores across the firm.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing QA frameworks for compliance functions.
- Strong background in regulatory reporting, governance, and quality management systems.
