Responsibilities:
- Cover maternity leave for an initial 12-month period and deliver the organisation's digital strategy.
- Oversee the full digital portfolio, including the mobile app (launching this month), web presence, and an AI chatbot.
- Lead and mentor a small team of 2, installing best practices and coaching team members.
- Collaborate with external development partners as required.
