We’re working with an established and growing manufacturing business seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a genuinely end-to-end role, offering exposure across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage design through validation and successful product launch.
The Role
As Senior Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and supporting products within a highly regulated, high-volume manufacturing environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure products are robust, compliant, and ready for scale.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of products across the full lifecycle, concept, design, validation, and launch
- Supporting and leading validation activities in line with regulatory requirements
- Driving continuous improvement within product and manufacturing processes
- Collaborating closely with manufacturing and operational teams in a high-volume setting
- Applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) where appropriate
About You
You’ll be an experienced engineer with a strong grounding in product development and manufacturing, ideally within a regulated industry. We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience across the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Background in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Exposure to high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with validation processes
- Knowledge of or certification in Six Sigma (highly advantageous)
