Document Controller β Remote (Scotland) with site travel. Infrastructure / Renewables Programme. Salary Β£40-45,000 or Β£250-300 per day. We are urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a live, long-term infrastructure programme. This is a remote role, with travel to project sites across Scotland as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage project records, deliverables, and transmittals
- Maintain document registers within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Support project closeout and handover documentation
- Interface with project teams and external stakeholders
- Support or work alongside BIM coordination activities where required
Required Experience
- Proven Document Control experience within project environments
- Strong working knowledge of CDE systems (e.g. Autodesk ACC, Vault, or similar)
- Understanding of document governance and approval workflows
- BIM experience desirable, not essential
- Scotland-based with flexibility to travel to sites
