International Fintech scale up within capital markets. We are working with a senior leadership team looking to appoint an experienced Senior Consultant - Strategy & Operations to partner closely with their C-suite on complex, international change. This is a high impact role with real influence across strategy, governance and growth, suited to someone comfortable operating at board level in a regulated environment.

- Partner with the C-suite to define priorities and turn strategy into delivery.
- Manage large-scale international programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strengthen approaches to legal, risk and compliance in complex environments.
- Support business development and long-term client success initiatives.
- Improve operational models to support scale and control.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, regulators and partners.
- Coach and develop junior consultants, raising capability across the team.
