A well-established, market-leading real estate and property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Bids Manager to lead tenders, bids, and client opportunities across both public and private sector property markets. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for managing complex, multi-disciplinary submissions across planning, development, property management, valuation and transactional services, working closely with partners and business development teams.
The Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end tenders, bids, and pitches for property and real estate advisory services
- Oversee delivery timelines, inputs, resourcing, and quality assurance
- Draft and shape compelling bid responses, supporting lead partners
- Coordinate contributions across specialist property disciplines and central services (e.g. Sustainability, DE&I, finance, risk, BD)
- Manage bid governance, sign-off processes, and 'go / no-go' decisions
- Track, analyse, and report on bid performance to drive continuous improvement
- Support preparation and coaching for tender presentations
- Manage tender portals and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline
- Line manage and develop Bids Executives
About You
- Proven experience delivering successful bids in real estate, property, construction, or professional services
- Strong experience across public sector frameworks and private sector tenders
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary property bids
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and compliance requirements
- Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Experienced people manager and collaborative team player
