Overview
We are hiring a Senior Bid Manager and Bid Manager in Architecture and Design. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and winning work? My client, an award-winning architectural practice, is seeking a Bid Manager to work alongside the Senior Bid Manager to lead their pursuit of high-profile projects across global environments. (You MUST come with relevant bid management experience from either construction or architecture).
Responsibilities
- Drive bid strategy and submissions for landmark architectural projects.
- Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and consultants to craft compelling proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process — from pipeline tracking to post-submission reviews.
- Ensure our bids reflect the creativity, innovation, and design excellence we are known for.
