Responsibilities
- You will be handsâon across the portfolio, supporting dayâtoâday property operations while helping manage the increasing tempo of development work.
- Responsibilities will include detailed property and estate management, oversight and reconciliation of service charges on larger estates, and supporting multiple live and upcoming projects as they move through development and stabilisation.
- There is also the opportunity to take on more projectâlevel ownership as the platform evolves.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
- Solid commercial property management experience with a sharp eye for detail and credibility in handling complex service charge structures.
