PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Lifestyle & Hospitality
Salary: £35-45K Basic
Location: Hybrid (2/3 days in the office), London
My Client is seeking a confident PR professional at either Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level to join their lifestyle-focused communications team, supporting a wide-ranging mix of travel, hospitality and dining brands. This is a chance to step into a role where you can steer client programmes, lead creative initiatives, and help shape the direction of a growing, collaborative agency environment. You will work closely with senior leaders while guiding junior team members, ensuring campaigns are delivered with polish, purpose, and strong editorial impact. Prior experience in a PR agency is essential, along with hands-on work in the travel and hotel sector.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a senior point of contact for media, building meaningful relationships with influential journalists and unlocking high-quality coverage opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of imaginative PR plans that integrate travel, dining and lifestyle storytelling, always aligned with client goals and commercial priorities.
- Track cultural trends and industry moments to spark fresh, newsworthy ideas and proactive pitches.
- Offer informed guidance to clients, rooted in deep understanding of their brand positioning and wider market landscape.
- Oversee budgets and account processes to ensure efficient, commercially sound management of retained and project work.
- Participate in reviews, planning meetings and client development conversations to support long-term partnerships.
- Represent My Client at relevant industry gatherings to support visibility, relationship-building and new business pipelines.
- Coach and develop junior colleagues, contributing to a supportive, motivated and high-performing team culture.
What You Bring
- Strong PR agency background with experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Established understanding of hotel and travel media; added experience in restaurant or consumer brands is a bonus.
- A strategic mindset paired with the ability to drive campaigns from concept to completion with precision.
