We’ve partnered with a bustling mixed-use shopping centre to appoint a Retail Manager - a hands-on, people-facing role supporting day-to-day operations and acting as the key point of contact for occupiers, contractors, and internal teams. If you enjoy problem-solving, keeping things organised, and building strong relationships with retailers, this role sits right at the heart of site operations.

What You’ll Lead On

  • Being the front-line contact for retail occupiers, handling day-to-day queries, operational issues and requests with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
  • Coordinating contractor access, works and deliveries in line with site procedures, whilst ensuring smooth communication between occupiers, managing agents and service partners.
  • Supporting compliance and administration across the estate, including maintaining accurate records, documentation, health & safety information, RAMS and permits to work.
  • Managing key reporting and communications activity, including monthly occupier updates, newsletters, income reporting processes, and supporting financial queries / purchase orders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a property, retail, leasing or administration role, with the confidence to manage stakeholder queries and maintain high standards of service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable producing occupier communications, coordinating information, and building strong working relationships.
  • Solid technical admin capability, including Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and confidence picking up systems, processes, reporting and invoicing workflows.
