Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Oversee all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
- Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and raise and respond to enquiries.
- Stay up to date with developments in residential property law and implement best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in UK residential conveyancing.
- Confidence in managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach to service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; experience with case management systems is an advantage.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
