6-Month FTC | Hybrid | London. We’re The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment pros directly into some of the world’s most exciting tech scale-ups. Right now, we’re looking for Talent Coordinators to support the People Ops team of one of our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the friendly first point of contact for candidates
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat.
  • Keep ATS data accurate and reporting-ready at all times.
  • Chase feedback and keep hiring processes on track against agreed SLAs.
  • Support recruitment projects like hiring manager training, policy reviews, and candidate pipelining.
  • Help spot and fix process gaps before they slow things down.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ talent/recruitment coordination experience
  • High-volume scheduling skills — juggling time zones is your superpower.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS tools.
  • Top-tier organisation and follow-through skills.
  • A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a remote-first team.
