We are The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment pros directly into some of the world's most exciting tech scale-ups. Right now, we are looking for Talent Coordinators to support the People Ops team of one of our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the friendly first point of contact for candidates.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat.
- Keep ATS data accurate and reporting-ready at all times.
- Chase feedback and keep hiring processes on track against agreed SLAs.
- Support recruitment projects like hiring manager training, policy reviews, and candidate pipelining.
- Help spot and fix process gaps before they slow things down.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' talent/recruitment coordination experience.
- High-volume scheduling skills — juggling time zones is your superpower.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS tools.
- Top-tier organisation and follow-through skills.
- A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a remote-first team.
