Due to our ever‐expanding team, we are looking for Quality Managers to join us! We have vacancies in Scotland, Greater London, Essex/Cambs, and East Anglia. You will ensure our nurseries meet regulatory standards for learning and development, safeguarding, and welfare. Your role includes conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practice to raise the quality of education further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections in line with the statutory framework and the inspection handbook.
  • Provide clear evidence‐based reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise and coach nursery managers to reach their full potential and implement new strategies and initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Support quality improvement and policy development.
