Scope of Work: A key role for a motivated and ambitious Project Manager with a leading infrastructure business that will lead on the delivery of a range of exciting energy projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Supporting framework opportunities throughout the tender and development phases of the project life cycle.
- Providing guidance to the Pre-Construction department during tender preparation; collaborating with various resources to gather and organise scheme information; and deliver robust data to aid accurate pricing and tender submissions.
- Compile schedules that define clear scopes of work for subcontractor pricing; participate in Tender Walkovers to assess project requirements and site conditions; and facilitate smooth handovers from tender or development stages to delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Is skilled in reading, interpreting, and developing detailed Scope of Works documents.
- Is able to drive accuracy and clarity in project planning and execution.
- Has clear understanding of National Grid expectations and operational standards.
- Has solid grasp of NEC Contract frameworks and their application in project delivery.
