A forward-thinking studio specialising in commercial retrofit and residential projects is seeking a Project Architect to join their team based in South London. The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects or job running packages. This role is based full time in the office for the remaining days. The team offers a friendly and supportive environment with an option for a 9 day fortnight (one non-working day every other week); full-time is also an option.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Vectorworks
- Manage client relationships and present design proposals confidently
- Lead a small team of designers, including Part I and Part II
Skills & Experience
- ARB registered Architect with at least 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Strong proficiency in Vectorworks is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team
- Confident working with clients and on site with contractors
- The right to live and work in the UK
