My client is searching for a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and end-to-end procurement process across multiple categories, ensuring commercial efficiency, value delivery, and risk mitigation across our global operations. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and supplier relationships, this role contributes to optimising procurement spend while aligning with our sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage procurement processes in line with Group policy.
- Lead and execute sourcing projects and contract negotiations.
- Build strong supplier relationships and implement effective SRM.
- Deliver value through standardisation, cost optimisation, and innovative sourcing approaches.
- Evaluate suppliers for financial and ethical stability while managing risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with business standards (e.g., net zero, modern slavery).
About You
- Proven procurement expertise across multiple categories, with experience in Retail, Leisure, or Hospitality sectors (advantageous).
- Goods & Services (non IT).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, results-driven, and highly organised with a practical approach to solving challenges.
- Experience in multi-country environments and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
