About The Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn clicks into customers and customers into superfans. You will work across fast-moving ecommerce brands, owning strategy, optimisation and testing across PPC and Paid Social. If you love a blend of data, creativity, and real commercial impact — you will fit right in.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimise PPC & Paid Social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok (nice-to-have)
- Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
- Analyse performance and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Work closely with ecommerce clients to understand goals, challenges and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce ads that stop thumbs and drive conversions
- Own client communications, reporting and performance reviews
- Identify new channels, tactics and ideas to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years experience in PPC and Paid Social (agency or ecommerce background preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & GA4
- A data-driven mindset with a creative streak
- Comfortable managing budgets, pacing and performance across multiple accounts
- Strong communication and client-facing confidence
- Curious, proactive, and always seeking smarter ways to scale
