Are you a data-savvy marketer who loves turning clicks into revenue? We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for a fast-growing digital agency in London to help build and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social and PPC.
The Role
You will support the planning, build, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn—owning day-to-day execution, QA, and reporting. You will partner with creatives, content, and analytics to ship high-performing assets and iterate fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Performance Max), Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Support keyword and audience research; structure ad groups/sets and craft compelling copy & assets
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Set up and QA tracking (GA4/GTM, UTM governance, pixel events)
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actions and hypotheses
- Run A/B tests (creatives, copy, landing pages) and feed insights back to content/design
What You Bring
- 1–2 years' hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house); strong internships considered
- Working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads; bonus points for TikTok/LinkedIn
- Comfortable in GA4, GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Sharp copy instinct and a test-and-learn mindset
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative with strong attention to detail
- Nice-to-have: Looker Studio dashboards, basic CRO, or SQL fundamentals
Salary & Benefits
