Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded local authority, based in Berkshire, which is looking to appoint an experienced People Lawyer on an interim basis. This is a fully remote role, offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile public sector matters while maintaining flexibility.
Role: People Lawyer - ASC/SEN Law
Location: Local Authority (Berkshire), Remote Working
Umbrella Rate: £55 - £60ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Supporting service areas with specialist people law expertise in one or more of the following areas: Education or Adult Social Care law.
- Advising senior officers and/or Members on complex legal issues.
- Delivering timely, high-quality legal advice within a local authority setting.
