Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support lawyers on complex, high-value disputes, including domestic and cross-border matters.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial litigation matters from pre-action through trial, including High Court and international disputes.
- Manage case files, court deadlines and procedural timetables across multiple matters.
- Conduct document review and assist with disclosure exercises using e-disclosure platforms.
- Draft and amend litigation documents, including pleadings, witness statements, chronologies and correspondence.
- Prepare court, hearing and trial bundles (electronic and hard copy).
- Carry out legal and factual research to support case strategy.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts and external providers.
- Provide hearing and trial support as required.
Skills & Experience
- Prior 6+ months of experience in a commercial litigation or disputes role.
- Strong organisational, drafting and research skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
