Are you a Multi-Skilled Technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering? We are hiring a Building/Utilities Technician to support the reliable and compliant operation of essential estate-wide services at our client's state-of-the-art facility in Hertfordshire.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a large and diverse estate, ensuring minimal disruption to stakeholders. Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you'll use your expertise to keep vital systems running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine PPM, corrective and emergency maintenance.
- Work with BMS to monitor alarms and support system diagnostics.
- Investigate and repair M&E faults to root cause level.
- Assist with small-scale project work and continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rota (1 in 6) including weekends.
