The Programme Coordinator plays a pivotal role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing supplier relationships across the UK and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regions. The role demands expertise in technical recruitment, extensive experience collaborating with recruitment suppliers and a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape in technology-driven sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of suppliers for suppliers in EMEA and MEA.
- Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors across EMEA and MEA, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company standards.
- Supplier relationship management, working with agencies and suppliers to provide practical solutions to the end clients hiring needs.
- Collaborate with client to streamline recruitment processes and optimise talent delivery.
- Implement best practices in supplier onboarding, including contract negotiation, compliance checks, and induction programmes tailored for technology environments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence across EMEA and MEA regions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on supplier engagement, onboarding protocols, and MSP partnership management.
Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrable experience recruiting and onboarding suppliers across EMEA and MEA, with a proven track record in technical and technology-focused roles.
- Recruitment agency experience.
- Expertise in technical recruitment, preferably within IT, engineering, or other technology sectors.
- Excellent understanding of regional employment legislation, supplier vetting procedures, and compliance standards.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter.
