Manager (level I & II openings)
Location: London office/hybrid - not fully remote
Purpose
Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships, conduct primary and secondary research and analysis; collect market insights and join the dots to bring to life complex market realities and deliver high impact presentations to varied client landscapes. This role will have significant exposure to the senior leadership team and an early opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of projects.
About The Role
I’m looking for a Manager/Project Lead to join my clients UK based team. You’ll oversee a small team whilst also taking on a hands-on role in researching, analysing, and translating complex market dynamics—particularly in pharma and biotech—into powerful insights and client-ready recommendations. This is a high-exposure role with early responsibility, direct interaction with senior leadership, and the chance to shape impactful projects from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects end to end, scoping out needs with clients through to final delivery, supported by a team of experienced leaders in this field
- Manage multiple projects
- Conduct primary and secondary market research, including attending key industry conferences
- Analyse findings and distil them into clear insights and high-impact recommendations
- Contribute to client deliverables, meetings, and presentations
- Support proposals and business development initiatives
- Mentor new team members and help shape a collaborative, high-performance culture
Ideal profile
- BSc (or higher) in life sciences, physical sciences, or business-related fields
- 4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, pharma/biotech, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots between qualitative and quantitative data
- Confident communicator, resilient under pressure, and motivated to deliver quality work
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of pharma/biotech product development
