The predicted salary is between 50000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are partnered with a Consultancy with a global presence who are specialists in L&D, HR, Financial and Procurement consulting. Their clients have seen significant growth recently and with that growth comes more demand for learning services so they are looking for 2 new Learning Programme Specialists to join their team.
In these roles you will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of global learning frameworks and programmes. One of the positions will own Performance Management and Development Programmes including Talent strategy whilst the other will work with their clients' leadership and management to deliver training including learning needs assessments, working with external vendors and owning the design of new content. Both roles are diverse positions where you will be actively involved in client consulting, partnering with colleagues and generalist L&D day-to-day activities on your programme of assigned work.
The Successful Learning Programme Specialist will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Learning role with a strong emphasis on delivery and facilitation
- Proven experience rolling out BAU Performance Management and Development programmes at scale
- A true passion for learning with experience of both designing and delivering work
- Experience delivering complex global L&D projects including post project analysis on ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
