We are partnered with one of the region’s leading 5* developers who, due to continued growth, are seeking to strengthen their team with a motivated and well-connected Land Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional land market and will support the identification and acquisition of residential development opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams while developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners and other developers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and appraise potential residential development sites in line with the company’s land acquisition strategy.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners and developers to identify new opportunities.
- Undertake site feasibility assessments, including market analysis, planning policy reviews, technical constraints and build cost considerations.
- Assist in preparing accurate financial appraisals and viabilities to support land offers.
- Support negotiations on land acquisitions, ensuring opportunities align with company budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain and update the land portfolio, ensuring records and site information are accurate and current.
- Work collaboratively with Planning, Technical and Commercial teams to support the successful acquisition and progression of sites.
