Junior Recruitment Consultant role within our Software Engineering division. This is an exciting opportunity to step onto a genuine "hot desk" with an abundance of live clients and active requirements across the globe.
The Job
You will be responsible for sourcing and placing technical jobs across the UK, EU and North America. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‐makers and top‐tier software engineering talent across various industries. You will gain a deep understanding of the tech landscape to proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
About You
You will be a driven person who has the motivation to succeed. A background as a resourcer, recruiter or sales person is an advantage, but attitude is more important. You possess an innate ability to build rapport quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results.

The Money
