As a Creative (Experiential), you will support on ideation, shape strategically grounded concepts and bring them to life through compelling storytelling. You’ll work independently and collaboratively across a diverse portfolio of clients, from lifestyle to sport to entertainment, confidently adapting to each brand’s unique tone and personality.
You’ll turn ideas into pitch-winning stories, champion cultural thinking, and help push creative boundaries across the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and develop strategically considered creative ideas across experiential, integrated and culturally relevant campaigns.
- Bring cultural awareness and real-world insights to the table, ensuring ideas feel relevant and resonant.
- Turn smart ideas into compelling stories, crafting clear, succinct presentations.
- Champion a strategy-informed creative process, working closely with strategists, other creatives, production and client teams.
You’re an experienced, proactive and hands-on conceptual creative with:
- A passion for experiential marketing, plus a solid understanding of integrated channels and how they connect within cohesive campaigns.
- A passion for digital, with a naturally digitally driven approach to creative thinking.
- Experience or sound knowledge of PR and advertising, and how they intersect with experiential.
- A proven track record of leading and conceiving winning ideas and seeing them through from concept to proposal.
- The confidence to not only think big, but also get stuck in and execute with craft and intention.
- Agency-side experience within experiential/brand experience (1 year plus)
- Hands-on conceptual thinker with strong ideation skills
- Proven ability to sell ideas and tell powerful stories
- Confident, charismatic presenter
- Excellent cross-team collaborator
- Able to juggle multiple briefs, pitches and deadlines
- Flexible thinker who can work within variable budgets and timings
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- PowerPoint
- Adobe Firefly or alternative AI tools
- A small but mighty senior team where your ideas genuinely shape the work
