Mission: Reinvent renovation in London and build the renovation sector of the future
About Us: We are on a mission to reinvent renovation in London - replacing stress, fear, and confusion with clarity, support, and trust. Renovation is one of the most emotionally and financially intense moments in someone’s life. Today, it’s broken. We’re fixing it. We’re the only company offering free, expert-backed guidance throughout the entire renovation journey. As we grow, a strong sales process and team are central to servicing warm, high-quality inbound leads and producing high conversion rates.
The role & opportunity: This is a revenue-first, execution-led consultative sales role. You’ll be both the thinker and the doer, owning hands-on delivery across nurturing leads from briefing calls to project completion. For the first 12 months, success is defined primarily by conversion rate of leads from briefing calls to projects won. In addition to this, you’ll work closely with marketing on the customer success and referral side of things, focusing on the homeowner experience from project start to finish.
First 12 month priorities:
- Improve conversion rate from briefing call to project won
- Convert as many bathroom leads as possible
- Understand homeowner's needs and why they convert
- Build the foundations to hire further inbound sales experts
- Optimise consultative sales calls and create a training manual
- Collaborate with ops to make sure we are set up for employee growth
- Cross-pollination with marketing and product
- Help refine ICP and drive referrals through customer success
- Gather homeowner data to drive product development
What you’ll own:
- Inbound sales & customer success: Own the end-to-end homeowner experience (all in-office): Initial briefing call, quoting process support, quote release and explanation, ongoing nurturing through the project.
- Build trust, reduce anxiety and help homeowners get in control of their renovation.
- Ensure every homeowner feels supported, informed and cared for.
Sales funnel & conversion: Execute day-to-day sales activity (especially bathroom projects) for the first 12 months. Help improve the inbound sales funnel and processes. Identify drop-off points and work cross-functionally to improve conversion. Balance empathy with momentum - moving homeowners forward without pressure.
Product collaboration: Work closely with marketing and ops to ensure a seamless customer experience. Feed homeowner insights back into the business to improve messaging, process, and product. Help define what "great" looks like at each stage of the journey.
Leadership & progression: Opportunity to take increasing ownership of sales process and standards. Help shape how future sales hires are onboarded and trained.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 2-5 years experience in inbound, consultative sales or customer-facing roles. Comfortable supporting customers through considered, emotional decisions. Experience working with warm leads rather than cold outbound. Exposure to improving or building sales processes. Interest in renovating or design is beneficial.
Skills & Mindset: Calm, empathetic, and confident communicator. Strong listening skills - you seek to understand before advising. Structured thinker who enjoys improving how things work. Commercially aware but customer-first. Comfortable taking ownership and asking for support when needed.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if:
- You like helping people through big, meaningful decisions.
- You believe sales is about trust and clarity, not pressure.
- You enjoy improving processes as much as executing them.
- You want responsibility, progression, and real ownership.
- You value a kind, collaborative, high-trust team environment.
What success looks like:
- Improved conversion rates by 100% across the inbound funnel.
- Built strong relationships with homeowners and driven high satisfaction.
- Helped define and stabilise a repeatable sales process.
- Increased monthly revenue 300%.
