We are looking for a Records Discipline Lead (HVAC) to support a major project in the UK. The role is focused on site-wide completions, ensuring all discipline-specific LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) deliverables are captured, reviewed and processed on time and in line with project deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for all HVAC discipline‑specific records.
- Serve as the technical liaison with MEH site teams and Assurance Leads.
- Interface with the MEN Completions Team regarding CTP/EESR.
- Ensure all discipline records across the site are captured on time, perform technical reviews, and resolve issues to support Area LTQR deliverables.
- Support Area LTQR Coordinators in processing HVAC discipline records.
- Manage Area Discipline LODs, track asset installation, and verify and complete records.
- Be familiar with the project Scope of Work, specifications, nuclear standards, drawings and procedures.
- Perform AS9 / IWOC verification and track task completion after LTQR acceptance in Teamcenter.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Background in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering, or ONC/IINC/KNO/C&G / recognised equivalent.
- Apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
- Successful competency‑based interview.
Additional Qualifications / Experience
- Excellent IT skills and experience using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) and metadata schemas.
- Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the nuclear industry or another safety‑critical industry.
- Ability to work with and resolve issues involving a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Beneficial but not mandatory:
- ACI (Air Conditioning Inspector) training/certificate
- CVI (Certified Ventilation Inspector) training/certificate
- VT, PT, RT Level 2
- Major project experience
