About the Role
We are hiring a GoâToâMarket (GTM) Operations Manager at GoodFit to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our goâtoâmarket engine. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, sales execution, data, and automation, owning the systems that enable our teams to move faster, operate cleanly, and scale efficiently. You will work closely with Marketing and Revenue leadership to ensure our demand & revenue generation engines are reliable, measurable, and continuously improving.
What Youâll Do
- Own and scale our demand generation infrastructure, including outbound email, cold calling, and growth campaignsâensuring tools, automation, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and attribution, providing clear visibility into pipeline and revenue performance across HubSpot, Metabase, and the wider GTM stack.
- Design and automate customer lifecycle workflows, ensuring consistent, timely, and highâquality experiences from first touch through postâmeeting followâup.
- Own CRM and sales process operations, partnering with Revenue leadership to maintain clean data, reliable integrations, and scalable processes that reduce manual work for reps.
