Leading UK Food Manufacturer | Multi-site | Major Capital Investment – This is a rare opportunity to join a highly established, values-driven food manufacturing group at a pivotal moment in its journey. The business is entering an exciting phase of significant capital investment and expansion, with multiple large-scale projects planned across its UK site network. To support this growth, they are looking to appoint a Group Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept through to delivery.
This is not a maintenance role. This is about building for the future. You’ll be responsible for delivering major group-wide projects, including:
- Factory rebuilds, expansions, and large-scale overhauls
- Strategic capital investment projects across multiple sites
- End-to-end project leadership: feasibility, design, delivery, and handover
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, site teams, and external partners
You’ll have genuine autonomy, visibility at board level, and the chance to leave a lasting footprint on a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
About You
You’ll be an experienced project professional with a track record of delivering large, complex projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience delivering multi-site or group-level projects
- Background in food manufacturing or a similar high-care / high-compliance environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and influence
