A leading international architecture and planning practice is seeking a Graphic Designer to support and strengthen its brand and visual identity at a key moment of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally connected marketing team within a collaborative, high-performance environment. The role would suit a confident, visually driven designer who is keen to learn, develop, and be part of a larger organisation. Candidates may come from a graphic design background or from architecture with a strong visual portfolio and an interest in moving into a creative, marketing-focused role. Prior experience within architecture is not essential.
You will join a London-based marketing team of six, working closely with colleagues across international offices. Reporting to a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with senior architects and studio leaders, contributing to a wide range of high-profile materials and ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
Responsibilities- Support the marketing team with the layout and design of proposals, brochures, presentations and awards submissions.
- Act as a graphic design resource for the London studio, working directly with architectural design leaders.
- Implement and reinforce graphic standards across exhibitions, publications, presentations, website and social media.
- Help standardise the look and feel of assets produced across studios, creating cohesive marketing packages at key project milestones.
- 1–3 years’ professional experience in graphic design (experience within the built environment beneficial but not required).
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline; architecture graduates with strong visual portfolios are also encouraged.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented and keen to grow within a larger team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography and visual storytelling is essential.
- Experience with photography, video, animation, illustration, Revit, Rhino or generative AI tools is advantageous but not required.
