Who are Promote? We are experts in delivering procurement technology and transformation. We have proven this by delivering for some of the largest businesses and organizations in the UK. Since forming just over 5 years ago, we have:
- Led digital transformation initiatives for an agency of the UK Cabinet Office, helping thousands of public sector organizations to get digital access to buy common goods and services.
- Supported our clients to design and deliver some of the largest Source-to-Pay technology change programmes.
- Built our own innovative Insights Application that has cleansed £bns of spend data from large organizations and provides ESG insights using AI & machine learning.

Responsibilities
Our roles have great flexibility across client projects. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Development of repeatable solutions that simplify and drive the adoption of cloud procurement technology (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle Fusion etc)
- Analyze and document business processes (focused on Source-to-Pay)
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to develop and communicate ideas for design and solution delivery
- Develop presentation materials and content to support client decision making
- Project Management of client initiatives
- Solution testing
- Plan, prepare and facilitate the stakeholder interviews, data gathering and workshops
- Analysis of data and development of actionable insights from the data
- Support wider business development for consulting projects
- Build a professional network and represent the company externally
- Support the development of our proprietary cloud-based technology solutions.
