Principal Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of digital twin models for manufacturing and industrial systems, including models built using NVIDIA Omniverse and related platforms.
  • Apply Python and/or C++ scripting to support simulation workflows, data integration, automation, and tool development.
  • Support the integration of digital models with real or simulated industrial data, gaining experience in connected and cyber‑physical systems.
  • Assist in deploying and interacting with cloud‑hosted environments, developing an understanding of cloud architecture and data pipelines used in digital engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of basic web‑based user interfaces and visualisations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support digital tools and dashboards.
  • Produce clear and professional technical documentation, research summaries, and internal or client‑facing presentation material.
  • Work as part of multi‑disciplinary project teams, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and external partners across manufacturing, automation, and digital innovation projects.
  • Participate in internal design reviews, technical workshops, and project meetings to understand full project lifecycles, delivery constraints, and stakeholder needs.

This role is suited to graduates seeking to build a career in digital engineering, simulation, systems integration, or smart manufacturing. Graduates will be exposed to a broad range of Industry 4.0 technologies while contributing to meaningful industrial and innovation‑led projects. The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with structured professional development, providing a strong foundation for progression into specialist or senior digital engineering roles within HSSMI Consulting.

Knowledge & Experience:
