We are seeking a talented Global Mobility Consultant to join a leading relocation team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end international relocation services, acting as the primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout their assignment lifecycle. You will deliver exceptional service in both English and French, ensuring smooth transitions for assignees and supporting HR teams. This role requires strong organisational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full international relocation lifecycle, including complex and VIP moves.
- Act as the main point of coordination for relocating employees, HR, and partners.
- Deliver relocation services in English and French.
- Interpret and administer mobility policies.
- Conduct pre-assignment briefings.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers (visa, immigration, household goods, tax, etc.).
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve service issues.
- Validate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain relocation data and prepare weekly status reports.
- Recommend process improvements and participate in training initiatives.
- Proven experience in Global Mobility, either in-house or within the relocation industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong understanding of international relocation components (immigration, destination services, household goods).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Customer-focused, resilient, and culturally aware.
- Previous experience in a Relocation Management Company (RMC).
