A rapidly growing leader in London’s vibrant socialising scene is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team at one of its flagship venues. This is a hands-on, service-focused role, perfect for someone eager to develop their leadership skills and progress towards a Venue Manager position.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the FOH team 90–95% of the time on the floor, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support the Senior Management team in overseeing daily operations, including team management, service standards, and event delivery.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Be the face of the venue on the floor, building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences.
  • Assist with operational planning and execution, helping drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Grow into a Venue Manager role, taking on increasing responsibility as you gain experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a floor/FOH management role within premium bars, restaurants, or high-volume hospitality venues.
  • Passion for service excellence and leading a team on the floor.
  • Energetic, personable, and confident in guest-facing interactions.
  • Ambitious, eager to progress to a Venue Manager role and grow with the business.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
