Overview

This is a proactive, varied role focused on managing and developing international distributors and customers. The position is primarily office based, with international travel for customer visits and trade exhibitions where required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with export customers and international distributors
  • Support international sales activities, including quotations, enquiry progression, and order support
  • Attend occasional customer visits and international trade exhibitions
  • Provide structured market feedback and regular sales reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to support export sales growth

About You

  • Experience in export sales or an international customer facing role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with a customer focused approach
  • Comfortable working in an office based environment
  • Experience within manufacturing or technical products preferred
  • Previous experience in the fire equipment sector is advantageous but not essential
