About Us: We’re a boutique IT recruitment agency with 20+ years of success in IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Business Transformation. Our consultants are true partners in the business, and we’re looking for driven professionals to join our team.
The Role: This is a full 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development. You’ll have hot leads, nurture those relationships, and generate new opportunities while managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing top IT talent to successful placement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own and grow your portfolio of clients
- Drive new business through proactive networking and lead generation
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
