The Client: Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and a strong sense of collaboration. They are looking for an organised and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team.
The Executive Assistant Role
This is a genuinely exciting Executive Assistant opportunity, supporting two heads of division who have significant investor interaction. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Gatekeeping and managing ever changing diaries
- Organising frequent and complex travel
- Managing and processing expenses
- Assisting with events e.g. conferences, AGMs
- Ad hoc administration and other support-related responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys being a lynchpin within the business. Key attributes include:
- Experience in financial services, boutique firms, or investment/asset management (highly desirable)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude with a “no task too big or too small” approach
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A natural problem solver with sharp attention to detail
Additional Information
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus. Core hours are 8:30-17:30 or 9:00-18:00; flexibility required to support outside these hours as needed. Opportunity to work from home 1 day a week, with flexibility required. Excellent benefits including above-market annual leave entitlement, pension, and private healthcare.
