We are delighted to be working with a global consultancy who are recruiting for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Joining a tight knit, supportive, collaborative, and encouraging team, you will ensure the smooth running of the office, oversee the Front of House function, and provide Executive Assistant duties to a range of Partners. This is an ideal role for someone ready to increase their responsibilities and gain further experience as an Executive Assistant.

You must be able to work in a high performing, fast paced and ever-changing organisational role and be comfortable working in both a proactive and reactive way.
Responsibilities- Maintaining a first-class office environment
- Managing Front of House duties
- Playing a key role in creating a happy and motivated office environment
- Supplier/contractor liaison and management
- Office management administration including arranging office celebrations, office supplies, printing, binding, Health & Safety oversight
- Diary, meeting, and travel management for senior executives
- CRM input and management
- Providing cover for other EAs during periods of sickness and holidays
- Minimum three years’ experience as Office Manager or PA preferably within professional or financial services
- Positive, professional, proactive, and personable
- Intermediate/advanced MS Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to multi-task, confident managing own workload
- Confident working at pace and managing multiple competing requests
- A-level or equivalent education
- £40-49k with bonus
