An innovative, fast-growing tech start-up in the education sector is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same β and where your input will genuinely make an impact.
The Founder is dynamic and detail-oriented, seeking an emotionally intelligent, highly capable EA who can act as a true right hand β someone equally comfortable in high-level board meetings as arranging exclusive reservations across Europe. You will manage a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule, ensure the Founder's day runs seamlessly, and act as a trusted gatekeeper and sounding board.
This role is ideal for a strategic and proactive EA who thrives in a fluid environment, relishes variety, and enjoys working across both business and personal (approximately 50% business, 50% personal).
Key Responsibilities- Own and orchestrate complex, global scheduling β ensuring meetings, flights, and engagements run smoothly
- Take full charge of email management, prioritising, flagging, and actioning key communications with precision
- Represent the Founder with confidence, liaising effortlessly with senior clients and stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, spot potential challenges early, and keep operations β both business and personal β running smoothly
- Partner closely with the Founder to streamline the day, support decision-making, and help turn bold ideas into action
- Proven experience supporting a Founder or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- Fluent or conversational Spanish is advantageous, though not essential
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure
- Confident taking initiative and comfortable knowing when to push back
- Discreet and professional β trusted to handle confidential matters with care
- Willing to go the extra mile and offer flexibility, including out-of-hours support
