Sanius Health is a leading digital health company dedicated to accelerating drug discovery, improving patient outcomes, and advancing medical research. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and Personal Business Manager.
As Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating strategic day-to-day activities, events planning and organisation and ensuring seamless operations within the company. You will handle a wide range of company and private matters, acting as a trusted confidant and ensuring that management has the necessary capacity and space to lead the organisation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Organise company events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage schedules, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and organise documents, presentations, and reports.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to support decision-making.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Marketing Materials: Create marketing materials such as case studies, client quotes, and references.
- Operational Support: Manage daily activities and provide operational assistance.

- Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
