We are working with a fast-growing B2B FinTech company that is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and have experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, either through hands-on implementation or working closely with clients on projects. This role is client-facing and remote-flexible, giving you the chance to own end-to-end onboarding projects while gaining exposure to multiple ERPs and enterprise finance processes. You’ll be the technical bridge between clients and product, helping deliver smooth, tailored onboarding experiences and expanding your ERP expertise.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in roles such as Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Comfortable leading client-facing projects and guiding stakeholders through onboarding and implementation
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping
- Able to turn business requirements into clear technical solutions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders
Advantageous
- Experience building internal tools or project tracking systems
- A software background is highly beneficial, particularly in ERP or related platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise onboarding projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring smooth delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, balancing technical and strategic needs
- Understand and map client ERP setups (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and finance workflows
- Drive technical implementation, including system configuration, integrations, and data validation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation, runbooks, and onboarding tools
- Participate in client meetings, provide guidance, and ensure successful handover to Customer Success
Location: Hybrid (4 days in London). Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
