Mitie is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team based in London. As the Engineering Control Room Operations Manager, you will manage all daily tasks within your remit, lead a team of engineers, and oversee the business infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing all mechanical and electrical systems on site
- Managing BMS, HV SCADA, Schneider, and lighting systems
- Overseeing the permitting of subcontractors
- Approving RAMS and issuing sanctions to Isolate
- Checking all PPM work, managing KPIs and SLAs
- Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed, ensuring work is conducted safely and appropriately
Qualifications
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- C&G 2391
- Experience in maintenance
- SSoW permitting experience
- Familiarity with Schneider BMS
- HV authorised credentials desirable
- CDM qualification desirable
