We are working with a well-established premium D2C consumer brand renowned for its luxury products. With a rich heritage spanning over 140 years, this brand continues to innovate and inspire, delivering exclusive collections. As part of their growth, they’re looking for an eCommerce Manager with experience in premium/luxury products to drive their digital strategy and deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking brand at an exciting stage of its evolution.

This is a full-time permanent role based 5 days per week in Chelsea office, in one of London’s most prestigious areas. You will also travel to Europe 1-2 times per year for work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Online Sales: Focus on optimising the eCommerce platform to increase conversion rates and overall revenue, while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning. You must have a proven track record of enhancing online sales through innovative strategies, excluding price discounting, which is not part of our client's approach.
  • Digital Strategy Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to implement eCommerce strategies that align with brand values and drive sales without compromising on exclusivity.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the customer journey, focusing on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and sales growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external relationships, ensuring alignment between the investment group’s profit-driven goals and the brand’s high-value reputation.
  • Brand Protection: Maintain and elevate the luxury status of the brand, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect the company’s exclusivity and high-calibre image.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Required Experience
  • You must have minimum 1+ years of experience working with a luxury/premium consumer brand. This is essential.
  • You must have a proven track record of enhancing online sales through innovative & creative strategies, excluding price discounting, which is not part of our client's approach.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, particularly those with differing priorities, is essential. Our client must balance maintaining their luxury status with the financial goals of stakeholders focused on profitability.
