£55,000 + Up to 10% Bonus. Ecommerce Manager (12 month FTC) – Apparel Brand. London (3 days office based).
We are working with a global multi-brand apparel business undergoing exciting transformation and digital growth. With a 1,300+ strong team and a culture shaped by inclusion, ambition, and innovation, this is a business where talented people are empowered to grow fast, lead boldly, and bring ideas to life.
The fastest growing brand within the portfolio is hiring for an Ecommerce Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave. You will manage three websites (UK, US, GR) and be responsible for shaping and delivering global trading performance while enhancing the customer experience.
About the Role
- Define and lead ecommerce strategy across key markets to meet digital sales and brand goals
- Own the trading calendar, aligning launches and campaigns with seasonal plans and KPIs
- Manage one direct report – ecommerce specialist
- Use analytics and A/B testing to drive conversion and on-site performance
- Partner with brand, merchandising, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
About You
- +4 years experience working in ecommerce
- Ideally you will have worked for a global or multi-brand retailer
- Comfortable being hands on as well as strategic
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical tools - GA4, Tableau, SAP BW
- International experience is a bonus
