NVQ Level 3 Early Years Assistant – Southwark – Immediate Start. Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Early Years? Are you enthusiastic about supporting young children in their early development? Ribbons and Reeves are working alongside a high-achieving Primary School in Southwark that is looking to appoint a NVQ Level 3 Early Years Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.
Salary and Contract
- £530–£580 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, on a long-term basis
- Contract term: January 2026 – July 2026
- Opportunity to become a permanent member of staff or progress within education and SEN support.
Key Responsibilities
- Working 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils across EYFS and KS1
- Supporting children with SEND, including speech & language and social-emotional needs
- Assisting the class teacher and SENDCo to promote inclusive learning
- Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework, phonics, and early numeracy
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that builds confidence and independence.
