notwoways is a London based sneaker brand known for creating technical and fashion-forward footwear. We are a small, tight-knit core team that manages every aspect of the product cycle globally, starting from initial design brainstorming, through offshore manufacture and inbound shipping, to online B2C retail sale and finally through to fulfilment to customers globally.

This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the fashion industry and excel in a fast-paced start-up environment; we’re a small, dynamic team, providing you with lots of self-development and growth opportunities.

IS THIS YOU?

You’re a naturally curious, systems-minded thinker with a love for how things work end-to-end in the product world. You care about the full operations journey: from product set-up and stock levels, to checkout flow, shipping options and customer support. You notice the details others miss; a broken size filter, a confusing returns step, a slow product page, and you instinctively want to fix them. You enjoy working with numbers and processes as much as with the products: monitoring sell-through, tracking orders, spotting patterns in returns, and making sure inventory is always accurate. You think in flows and frameworks, not just tasks. You’re comfortable jumping between tools, troubleshooting issues with warehouses or couriers, and keeping launch calendars, restocks and pre-orders running smoothly. You like working in the open, sharing what’s happening and collaborating across teams, from product to customer service to logistics. Making sure every pair of sneakers gets from screen to doorstep as smoothly as possible. You’re a practical team player who wants to help build a sharp, efficient e-com and operations engine for an independent sneaker brand.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with our founders and associated teams to schedule product releases throughout the year and assistance relating to key campaigns and limited drops.
  • Working with our web development partners to brief, test and launch onsite changes (collections, activations, UX tweaks, new features).
  • Assist day-to-day operations: product set-up, SKU's, pricing, size curve, tags, navigation, filters and on-site search.
  • Assist inventory across channels: monitoring stock levels, flagging low/over-stock, and coordinating restocks or markdowns where needed.
  • Partnering with our warehouse / 3PL to keep pick, pack and dispatch running smoothly, resolving issues and refining SLAs as we grow.
  • Overseeing shipping and returns flows: couriers, service levels, packaging choices, return labels and processing.
  • Assist maintaining and improving our e-com tech stack (platform, apps, integrations), logging bugs and prioritising enhancements that improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Creating regular performance reports across key e-com and operations metrics (conversion, AOV, sell-through, stock cover, fulfilment times, return rates) to inform decisions.
  • Documenting and assist operational playbooks for launches, pre-orders, collaborations, sales and back-in-stock flows.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our customer support team to resolve order issues (missing items, delays, sizing problems) and fixing the underlying operational causes.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce, ideally within the operational side of a DTC brand.
  • Deep understanding of the nuances of key operational channels, with hands-on experience executing campaigns across major platforms.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and footwear.
  • Strong understanding of different operational systems and diverse customer demographics.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Confident in using systems and Excel.
  • Ability to understand, align with and contribute to wider strategic thinking.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to act tactically and work autonomously when needed.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and a natural team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure.

WHAT WOULD BE GREAT, BUT ISN'T A SHOWSTOPPER

  • Experience with html coding / Website development.
  • Shopify, Klaviyo, Customer Service Platforms, Stock System (Unleashed) and 3PL (Mintsoft).
  • Experience with UX/UI.
  • Knowledge of the NTW brand history / general footwear market.
  • Understanding of global supply-chains.

WE CAN OFFER

  • An immediate start.
  • A Full-time role.
  • A modern, Central London working environment.
  • A competitive salary.
