About FÔLD
FOLD Reformer is redefining how people experience Pilates at home. Our foldable, beautifully designed Reformer bed is made for modern life, engineered for movement, built for belonging. We are scaling fast across multiple international markets, and our ecommerce experience is at the heart of that growth. We are focused on delivering a premium journey, from discovery to delivery, and optimising every step of the conversion funnel.
Alongside our equipment, we are building ÔWEAR, FÔLD's new athleisure sub-brand. OWEAR will grow into a global apparel line, with ranges including tees, leggings, hoodies and everyday pieces designed to move with you in and out of class. Our ambition is to build a global brand across equipment, studios and apparel, and disruptive ecommerce is right at the heart of that growth.
The Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our digital sales channels across the UK and global markets. You will be responsible for managing Shopify, updating products and pricing, implementing promotions, and ensuring the store is always performing at its best. Alongside Shopify, you will support the management of retail marketplace listings, ensuring optimised visibility, accuracy and conversion-driving content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, ops and performance teams to improve customer experience and continually drive commercial results. This role is perfect for someone who loves testing, tweaking, analysing and amplifying results — and wants to build with a brand on the rise.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing global Shopify stores — products, pricing, bundles, offers and launches
- Manage and optimise product feeds for Google Shopping (and other paid product feeds where relevant)
- Maintaining strong product content across channels including imagery, USPs and search tags
- Collaborating on website optimisation to improve conversion rates and discovery
- Updating onsite campaigns, incentives and merchandising to support seasonal growth
- Monitoring checkout performance, upsell features and customer flow improvements
- Supporting management of retail marketplace presence (Google Shopping, Decathlon, Amazon and future partners)
- Ensuring SKUs, RRP and assets remain accurate and brand aligned across all platforms
- Analysing sales, funnel metrics and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Working with operations on stock visibility, fulfilment communication and delivery expectations
- Supporting new product onboarding, market launches and localisation
- Stay on top of new Shopify features, apps or marketplace best practices and bring relevant ideas back to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising (Shopify preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping and mapping of key metafields
- Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on insights, not guesswork
- Experience with retail marketplaces and product lifecycle management
- A/B testing mindset — always curious about how to improve performance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail across multiple channels
- Confident using relevant tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo or similar ESPs, Looker Studio, Triple Whale Excel/Sheets, apps and plug-ins)
- Understanding of rapidly changing ecommerce shopping and search behaviours with the rise of AI
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Interest in fitness, design or lifestyle brands a bonus but not required
What You Will Get
- Competitive salary + equity-based bonus scheme
- Complementary FOLD Reformer Bed
- Vitality Health Insurance (with wellness perks)
- BUPA Dental Scheme
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Travel opportunities for launches and partner activations
- Hybrid working with HQ collaboration
- A critical role shaping the DTC engine behind a global wellness brand
- Hands-on progression opportunities as we scale into new markets
